Amazon Prime Video’s huge hit, Comicstaan is coming back for a new season. Comicstaan Season 2 is slotted to release on 12 July 2019 on Amazon Prime Video.
A Prime Original, Comicstaan has a panel of esteemed comedians who handpick great stand up comedy artists from the major cities of India. The participants are given a new genre of comedy to master every week.
Season 1 saw great artists from all around India fight for the title in a 9-episode series. It is still unclear if Season 2 of Comicstaan will follow the same format. Maybe the makers have new tricks up their sleeves.
One fantastic announcement though. Comicstaan Season 2 is famed to have Zakir Khan on the panel of judges.
