Known for their critically acclaimed movie “Ship Of Theseus“, Khushboo Ranka and Vinay Shukla started a crowdfunded project around 2013. It was about documenting the anti-corruption movement of Arvind Kejriwal. They weren’t so sure how it would turn out but after being well received by numerous film festivals around the world, it’s a strong statement on the world’s biggest democracy. Today they release An Insignificant Man trailer which already seems to be shaking political scenario in the country.
The documentary keeps its neutral stand about the whole anticorruption movement and Aam Aadmi Party, as said by the directors in an interview. Showing a strong documentation on Idealism vs Politics, An Insignificant Man is set to release on November 17.
